Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, we start preparing it immediately. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
If you've ordered multiple items, they may come from different warehouses or suppliers, meaning you could receive separate packages at different times.

Order Verification
Once your order has been verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note, once processing begins, orders generally cannot be canceled. If you encounter any urgent issues, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be longer. Should any significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Fulfillment
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM CST / 4:00 AM CET (Sunday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next business day.
Our logistics partners are reliable, and while customs inspections may occasionally cause minor delays, these situations are rare and usually resolved efficiently.
